Preparing for the job market and support for start-ups

The h_da Career Centre is a service facility for students, graduates and businesses. It acts as an intermediary between them, establishing partnerships with partners from industry, professional bodies and public administration.

The aim is to prepare h_da students and graduates for their professional lives and to improve their prospects on the job market or in self-employment. To this end, the Career Centre organises, for example, courses and fairs, offers individual advice and helps students on their path to self-employment.

The Career Centre’s range of services includes:

  • Events and advice on job hunting and starting a career
  • Arranging work placements, professional practice placements (BPP), theses, jobs and permanent positions via company networking fairs (e.g. meet@h_da) and the h_da JobPortal
  • Part-time professional development

The Career Centre’s services for h_da students and graduates are generally free of charge.
