Study programmes
Studying at the Mediencampus
At the Mediencampus of Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, students are prepared for various career paths in the media industry through eight Bachelor's and five Master's study programmes. Each study programme is tailored to different career paths within the media sector, and the proximity of the study programmes on the Mediencampus enables students to look beyond their own specialism. Naturally, all study programmes have access to the Mediencampus’s excellent facilities, which sometimes leads to interdisciplinary projects.
Around 50 professors, all of whom have spent several years working in the business world, and around 100 lecturers with industry experience, as well as teachers with specialised roles, laboratory engineers and research assistants, ensure two things: excellent student support and the latest knowledge that is incorporated into teaching.
Practical semesters are a standard feature of the study programmes, and students also have the option of participating in studyabroad programmes for work placements or study programmes. All study programmes at the Mediencampus are accredited and undergo regular quality reviews.
