AI is also becoming an increasingly central focus of day-to-day work in information institutions such as libraries. This multifaceted topic will be explored in an introductory manner through two key questions and selected examples:
- How, and in which service areas, are libraries themselves increasingly applying AI technologies?
- At the same time, how are libraries also evolving into places of learning about how to use AI?
A concluding summary will provide an outlook on future development opportunities.
