Introduction: The topic of AI is taking centre stage.
AI is on all’s lips. Many companies are already using it – often without being aware of the legal framework. Then the curtain falls: the EU AI Act is published. Suddenly it’s clear: anyone using AI must take responsibility. Transparency becomes mandatory; a privacy policy is no longer a ‘nice-to-have’, but the law. What’s missing now? Education. Training. Content that’s easy to understand. It is at precisely this moment that our client steps onto the stage: Digital Innovation AG – with its new learning platform “DI-Trained”, which translates complex legal requirements into easy-to-understand educational videos
Act 1 – The Setting: One project, many question marks.
Digital Innovation AG is an established company with over 15 years’ expertise in digital marketing. With their new product, ‘DI-Trained’, they have a grand vision: initially as an AI-powered learning platform, and later as a comprehensive knowledge hub that uses artificial intelligence to support start-ups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in implementing and visualising learning content. This content needs to be practical, easy to understand and forward-looking. The idea is in place and clear. However, a clear content strategy and a fully functional learning platform are still missing.
This is exactly where we – the learning agency – came into the picture. Our task: to raise the platform’s profile, define a clear tone of voice and produce further learning content.
Act 2 – The Challenges: Complexity Meets Practice.
It became clear right from the initial analyses: we weren’t just talking about reach, but about relevance, structure and scalability. In doing so, we deliberately balanced pedagogical aspects against business analyses. When we embarked on the project, we systematically offered user acceptance testing as a service to the client. At that stage, ‘DI-Trained’ was not yet active on social media, and the vision of a digital knowledge hub existed only as a rough sketch.
Together with Digital Innovation AG, we further developed the strategic foundations: we analysed the competition, the existing website and the target audiences – and carried out a comprehensive SWOT analysis. Building on this, we jointly implemented the further development of the learning platform – transforming it into a modular, scalable, on-demand knowledge hub that not only delivers content but also supports companies in the long term with the implementation of AI strategies.
