Sound Jellyfish – dive into breathtaking worlds of sound!

The Schallqualle creates sonically diverse, organic underwater worlds: from colourful and teeming coral reefs to the sunken city of Atlantis and the depths of the Mariana Trench.
The eight interchangeable tentacles allow you to influence the sound synthesis. Faders, potentiometers, photoresistors, gimbal sensors or even piezo crystals can be attached to the end of a tentacle and used for control. Furthermore, the modular design of the tentacles allows the modules to be individually connected and grouped.
There are also control elements on the jellyfish itself. There is a global volume fader and a setting for the desired diving depth. The other four faders are used to mix the four pad sections: ‘General’, ‘Life’, ‘Mystical’ and ‘Bubbles’.
Each of these pad sections, in turn, consists of four exciting elements, whose parameters can be controlled modularly via simple MIDI routing – either individually or simultaneously – by the input signals from the connected tentacles. The preset function allows you to return effortlessly to sonically interesting places.
Thanks to its simple operation, the Schallqualle is ideal for use on its own or with friends in the studio, for live performances on stage, theatre and film productions, or simply for inspiration and relaxation.
