What is the project about?
The Chosen Bar is an interactive, immersive experience that transforms a queer bar into a living archive of history and chosen family. Combining
multimedia storytelling with interactive elements, visitors engage with projected narratives, interactive drink menus and personal testimonies.
Real and fictional characters share their stories, revealing the deep bonds of connection and resilience that define chosen family.
More than just an exhibition, The Chosen is a space to listen, reflect and celebrate the histories that have shaped LGBTQ+ communities across generations.
