The Study Advisors are Animation and Game students in their later semesters. They answer questions and offer support regarding the choice of specialisation, the application portfolio and the entrance exam.

The Student Service Centre provides support with the formal application process (registration, required documents, issues relating to the application platform and data upload) and enrolment, as well as general study advice.

The Examination Secretary is responsible for assisting students with administrative matters relating to examinations and the recording of marks in the examination system, as well as for issuing certificates.
